Two townhomes designed to achieve healthy, energy efficient, affordable housing.

This two-unit building incorporates various types of energy efficient design, serving as a model for integration of green technologies into low-income housing.

This project is registerd with the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) program.

This project features the use of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) to maximize the home's insulating potential. YouthBuild Boston is a member of the Structural Insulated Panel Association.
