Groundhog Day Job Shadow Day at The Home Depot

January 31, 2003 - For The Home Depot's annual Groundhog Day Job Shadow Day, YouthBuild Boston staff and students went to The Home Depot in Somerville for the day. For the past three years, YBB students have gone to a local Home Depot to learn all about the store's hiring process and shadow store associates for a few hours, learning about what it is like to work there.

In addition to the Groundhog Day Job Shadow Day, The Home Depot has also generously supported YBB with materials and volunteers for past community service projects. YBB would like to thank the staff at The Home Depot that makes this partnership possible.
